A clear start for your catalog.

Complete onboarding

1. Install and open the app. Open Murdeni Rate Sync from Apps in Shopify admin. New installations receive 14 days of full feature access.
2. Step 1: Choose your settings. Select your source currency, target store currency, and rounding rule. The target must match your Shopify store currency.
3. Step 2: Prepare products. Sync your product catalog, review the exchange-rate card, and generate missing source-currency values. Existing source values are preserved. Check generated values against your intended amounts.
4. Step 3: Configure automatic sync. Choose whether to enable automatic sync, set the exchange-rate threshold percentage, and select daily or twice-daily frequency. Finish onboarding to open the dashboard and other menus.

Run your first price sync

1. Open Products and review each variant's source value.
2. Open Sync Prices and generate a preview.
3. Review the exchange rate, rounding, changed amounts, and skipped variants.
4. Apply the changes when the preview is correct. This updates actual Shopify variant prices.
5. Open Sync History to review the result.

Manage automatic updates

Automatic sync uses your source values and rounding rule. The threshold compares the current rate with the last successful sync rate. Scheduled execution requires completed onboarding and active trial, Pro, or exempt access. Review history regularly, especially after changing source values or currencies.

Billing and trial access

Pro costs USD 8 per month through Shopify. After the 14-day installation trial, the app opens Billing and locks other features until Pro is active. Automatic sync pauses. Your settings and source values are retained. Development stores and designated demo stores are exempt.

Connect Kursa

Install Kursa Currency Converter to use variant source values for storefront display conversion. This companion converter is required for the combined workflow. Configure currencies consistently in both apps. Rate Sync updates Shopify product prices; Kursa manages storefront display currencies.

Troubleshooting

• Missing products: sync the catalog again and confirm products have variants.
• Unexpected amounts: check source values, currency pair, exchange rate, and rounding before applying.
• Skipped sync: review history for threshold, unchanged amounts, or invalid source values.
• Locked features: open Billing and refresh subscription status after approving Pro in Shopify.
